In the Middle of the night...

I woke up, found a sausage in my pillow and was very confused. I thought I brought it from home and it was still in my pillow from the trip here WAY back in December, I woke this morning and had a good laugh with Alisa. That was seriously a good one! Thank you Troy!

Soo.. Last Night...

FHE was

pretty lame, but yet important! We did the Emergency Drill and then had food. Well Alisa and I convinced Troy and Austin to come with us.

We decided to go to the Walmart park and play on the big swing and chase the ducks and feed them, and then got Oatmealing. Which is shoving a bunch of oatmeal in your mouth and water too, then at a stoplight rolling down the window and spewing it all out. Making it look like someone is sick. haha it was funny but didn't always work.

Then we decided to got to Nickel Cage, pretty much as a double date. That was so much fun! Then we went home, and decided to go Trash bagging, and instead of a trash bag we started using a box.The first one we did, was to our other FHE brothers. APT 247 Dillon answered the door.

After that we ran over to our apartment to get some things, and we pulled out my box I had brought all my clothes over in. We figured out how to get in the box and then went over to APT 248.

After we went upstairs which was a fail, so I'm not going to post the video. So then we started going to people we had no clue who they were it was sooooo funny!

Then I got this bright idea to go over to Wyview and say hello to some people. We put Troy in the Box and knocked on Courtney's door. What an adventure.

Then we decided to go to a boys apartment over there....maybe not the brightest idea. but quite funny.

Yes it didn't hurt at the time. I promise I'm okay, yes I was the one in the box... I'm kind of sore today, but it's all good.

Last we went up to APT 347 and got them. THAT WAS SERIOUSLY GREAT!

Oh what a night!

Now, within the past week/end

Alisa and I went shopping for food last thursday! We got a bunch of yummy fruit, because it's so cheap right about now. We even went all the way a

cross town just to get cheap, yet super YUMMY Strawberries! Look how big they were!

Right after these pictures were taken I got a text from Stephen Kruse telling me he was going to be in PROVO this weekend. Exciting!!!!! I literally screamed haha. He was coming down for the Holi Festival of Colors, which I already had plans to go to!

The next Alisa, Troy, and Me were going to go to Studio 600 for ballroom night, but that fell through so we all just hung out. I invited Sam to come on over and while we were waiting I heard a knock at the door and knew exactly who it was! STEPHEN!!! I jumped on him of course, definitely one of the biggest hugs ever! Well we were all getting antsy, and decided to go over to Macey's for 0.47 cent ice cream cones. On our way we saw Mike and he joined us and then we remembered Sam, and since we was walking we saw him and he jumped into the backseat at a stoplight (that had turned green). It was quite the adventure. Well we walked into Macey's and turns out they had just turned off the ice cream machine like 5 minutes before that. Dang. So Mike suggested we got the Malt Shoppe. Which we totally did, it took awhile for us to get our ice cream, but it was soo good! Then Mike left us and we watched Thumbelina, and part of

Cinderella. It was pretty awkward yet funny while watching the movies. I had two different arms around my back. lol. Oh goodness. It was very amusing, for me at the least. I eventually took Sam and Stephen back to the Halls to sleep.

The next Day was Holi Festival of the Colors! IT WAS AWESOME!

Pretty much it's a festival in the Indian culture to celebrate God, in a way that pleases the natural man. There was music and dancing, and a "burning of a witch" with more music and dancing, and crowd surfing, chanting, and food, and animals, and chucking colors into people's

faces.

Definitely that was the basis to the whole festival. In the video above is after the tell the story, and then chant hare krishna and count down from 10 and then we threw colors in the air. It was soo cool! The sun and mountains disappeared, and we could barley breathe, thank goodness we had some friends tell us to bring bandannas.

Afterwards we went to Betos to eat food. Mexican food. YuM. Then when we got back Alisa, Troy and Austin were already cleaned up and were going to the pool. I rinsed off a little and then quickly joined them. I was forced to washing everything off in the pool vs. the hot tub haha. It wasn't too cold, luckily it's actually heated. :) So Austin, Troy, Alisa, and I went back and forth between the hot tub and pool. It was soo much fun. Finally we got done went home and cleaned up. I took a nap for about an hour that night. And we were all pretty crazy wanting to do something mood, so we went to the movies. We saw limitless which was pretty good! And we smuggled a plate full of brownies into the movie theatre haha YEAH that was awesome. Sunday, well we ALL got up late, and went to sacrament in another ward and left and then went to our ward. It was a bit crazy, and definitely made the day seem longer. But that night at Ward Prayer our Apartment was spotlighted. We did the basic introduce yourself, name where you're from and what school/major. Then we Switched things up a bit. We did our quirks and traits/superpowers haha. Our Mean Girls Character, and last our what princesses we would be. We also did a small introduction for Torie, since she was there.

Why am I sooo horrible about updating?

I really am! It's crazy! I get so busy with life and just forget about my blog!

Okay....soooo I was going to say not much has changed in the past month but.... actually lots went on.

• It was Kelsey's birthday, which was shown below.

• I participated in the Polar Bear Plunge and Chili Challenge and finished both. AND I can't swim..... I dog paddled :) One of the guys in the Ward who works with Raintree said he was about ready to jump in and "save" me hahaa

• Then Chili was hot, real hot and spicy, it totally burned my lips! But, I gained 2 free shirts out of it!

• Rachel, Alisa, Sandy, and I went to the White and Bright party. which was dirty, so we left.

• Rachel, Alisa, Sandy and I went Disco Skating, and no one died! It was hecka sweet! We even had some awesome outfits! :)

• THE WARD TALENT SHOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We were the Backstreet boys!!!!!! We did a dance to Larger than Life. It was wonderful Kelsey and I came up with most of the dance and then when Alisa, and Haley came home they helped us out. It was a Huge success!

• Then there was the Masqurade. Haley went but when I got home Alisa and I just didn't feel like going, we didn't have dates, and just wanted to get dressed up. SOOOO as we were driving there we turned around called Matt and Steve told them to get dressed up and come with us. (Sean joined us too!) First we went to Taco Bell and got some food, then we headed over to walmart for a picnic. Yes a picnic in the middle of walmart, in our fancy clothes. It was awesome!

• Alisa and I found a new talent.... We fit into the Dryers in the Laundry room, and people there definitely got some entertainment out of it.

• I got my patriarchal blessing! I finally! I can't believe how long it took me to get that blessing. Such a wonderful blessing to have!
• 'Lisa and I went shopping at DI and found some of the most amazing deals there!
• About a week ago, I got to go to the Lady Gaga Concert in SLC. Which was AWESOME! I went with my friend Sam, who is a freshman at BYU and mutual friend's with Torie.

• For FHE a couple weeks ago we tie dyed shirts! And aprons! They all turned out soo Awesome! And I learned that you DON'T have to keep the shirts wrapped up in bags you can just let the dye settle and then take the rubber bands out, and let it air dry. It all turns out the same. Prettty nifty!

Whew. That catches about everything up! YIPPEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
